8.2 AGENCY COORDINATION
8.2.1 ADVISORY GROUPS
A Project Technical Advisory Committee (PTAC) was convened
early in the study to review and comment on the Consultant Team's technical
work. The PTAC met with the Consultant Team and representatives of SEPTA
and BARTA on a monthly basis a total of fourteen times. It consisted of
representatives from the following agencies:

from SEPTA, BARTA, the City of Philadelphia - Office of Transportation,
and the planning commissions of Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties.
8.2.2. COORDINATION WITH LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, PUBLIC
OFFICIALS AND AGENCIES
Representatives of local governments and public officials
were encouraged to attend all the public meetings held during the project,
and a number of them were interviewed as key stakeholders. In addition,
