Reimbursement of: - Actual moving costs - Personal property losses - Searching expenses to locate a new property, up to $1,000 - Re-establishment expenses up to $10,000 (for businesses with 500 or more employees) - OR - Fixed allowance of $1,000-$20,000 in lieu of the above. This payment is calculated based on the average annual net earnings of the operation for the two previous tax years. |
